Colwick Park aquathlon consists of an open water swim followed by a run. Two events will be held:

Super sprint aquathlon (200m swim, 2.8 km run) starting at 12pm and the sprint aquathlon (600m swim, 5.6 km run) starting at approx. 12.10pm.

The event is aimed at a range of ages and abilities, and especially suited to beginners, we really hope you’ll come along for some fun and friendly racing.
