Club training consists of 2 swim sessions, 1 interval run session, 1 online bike session and a club bike ride each week. All our sessions are led by British Triathlon or England Athletics qualified coaches and are open to all abilities. Swim sessions are £6 and the run/bike are free.
We have a structured training plan for the year which is aligned to our club races and will get you prepared to participate or race in multisport events, see here for details. If you need help towards any races/training then please get in touch. We also hold one off skills sessions throughout the year to get you ready for your first triathlon or sharpen up your skills for more experienced members.
